Privacy policy

Information you choose to share

When you ask about a project, we use the name, email, optional phone number, property address, project notes and files you provide to assess the work, respond and arrange the next steps. Do not include sensitive documents or information about other people unless it is necessary and you have permission.

Property records and address suggestions

With your permission, Google Places processes the address you type to suggest and fill in a property. You can enter an address manually instead. The estimate tool may request Massachusetts assessor information from MassGIS. You can review and correct the returned details.

Website preferences and analytics

We store your privacy choices on your device for up to 180 days. Optional Google address suggestions and Google Analytics remain off until you allow them. When analytics is configured and accepted, it measures page visits. Our analytics events do not include quote entries, contact details, uploaded files or URL query strings. You can withdraw your choice through Privacy settings in the footer.

Who processes information

ProFix uses the information to manage your enquiry and project. Our hosting provider operates the website. Google processes enabled address searches and analytics. When direct email submission is configured, Resend processes messages and attachments for delivery to ProFix and sends your confirmation. If you use the prepared email instead, your own email provider sends it. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Storage and security

The form keeps your entries in the current page session. Information you send may also be held in project correspondence and by the providers involved. We keep correspondence as needed for the enquiry, project administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Security controls use short lived form tokens and pseudonymous request counts to reduce abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your questions and choices

Contact hello@profixmass.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We will consider the request and any information we need to retain for project or recordkeeping purposes. This policy may change as the website and its services change.
